I recently bought a top loading HE washer (Bravo by Maytag). I have been using powdered Tide HE detergent. I am so frustrated because the powder does not dissolve after each wash, despite extra rinse cycle. I have been decreasing the amount of detergent with every wash but still have this problem. Has anyone have this problem with Tide powdetide he powderr HE? Other recs? What about liquid? Is it the washer? Thanks!
You would love liquid tide but don't use too much,,,,it deterates better then powder too....

When I bought my new washer they told me to use Tide or Era liquid because powdetide he powderr does not always dissolve and can clog the machine or your pipes. You have to use very, very hot water to dissolve powdered detergent of any kind.
and most of the clothes today are not made to put into hot water.
I have only used the liquid version. I don't have any problems with it thus far. Just don't use so much of it.
