There was an answer to one of my questions I posted that had nothing to do with what I was asking, but it was a site to design your own blog or website of some sort. I wasn't interested in it before but now I am. Also, how do you design forums?

Its easier than you think to design your own website.
First you need a web host. The host gives you all the space and tools you need to make a great website. They also give you support around the clock. It will cost you about $40 for everything.
