when i try to download it, it says please insert disk. its already in there. so i have to cancel. it says:

what can i do short of calling adobe?
it says another posibility is that another program is using it, i can't find one, where else can i look.adobe flash search function only turns up the file that is on the disk.
please help, i don't want to wait for another disk.
Try it without the disk in, and when it asks for the disk, put it in. Otherwise, you should just uninstall everything adobe, and retry
